I have always been a huge fan of Corsair; trust me, they have never disappointed me. In terms of specialty, I found this Corsair CPU cooler well-built and is one of the best AIO CPU coolers for i7 3770.

Now I declare that this CPU cooler is exactly like the older one, except that the pump design here is slightly modified. Also, I guess the fans are a bit modified. Still, overall I would say this is a pretty similar design to the previous generation.

Let me share the things that come along in the box, so it has these two 120mm fans. The special thing about these fans is that they are magnetic levitation PWM fans.

Which I guess is going to help in the better cooling performance of the CPU cooler. Moreover, the box also contains some mounting screws, a pump, and other required accessories. The pump is indeed new here because it has these RGB lights all over it. In addition to a corsair logo in the center, the pump’s RGB can be changed accordingly to your build using the software with this CPU cooler.

Now, if I compare it to a Corsair’s fan H100i Elite Capellix, I would say both are the same. The radiator is the same, the tubing is the same too, and the difference here lies in the fans. I am not a huge fan of RGB, but the one with the H100i XT won my heart.

In terms of installation, I would say that the H100i Pro XT was a bit easier than the H100i Elite Capellix. Thankfully the cable management is hassle-free with the H100i, which gave me a good time.

Now let me share the benchmarks with you, as this is the most important part of deciding whether to go for this one or not. So I tried running Cinebench 23 for around 20 to 30 minutes. After that, I tried Cyberpunk 2077 for about 30 minutes and went into the valley for about 35 minutes.

The temperatures were quite good, ranging between 6- to 75 degrees Celsius, which I think is enough to play games on an i7 3770. By comparing the results with the H100i Elite Capellix, I found that this one had higher temperatures than the Pro XT one.

For the noise part, I was a bit disappointed because the H100i RGB Pro XT does have an audible sound. Even under normal load, the noise wasn’t as near as silent and had this buzzing sound, which I found really annoying.

So, in the last review, I compared the Corsair iCUE H100i Elite CAPELLIX with the Pro XT. Even though both of them perform a bit similarly, you would still have to spend extra bucks on the Capellix, and I guess that is because of the aesthetics.

This is the best 240mm CPU cooler for i7 3770, mostly because of the water cooling design. The Elite Series combines cutting-edge design and top-of-the-line components with Corsair’s innovative iCUE technology to achieve maximum cooling performance and efficiency. 

This 240mm radiator CPU cooler comes with dual ML 120mm fans. Inside the box, you get to have every kind of gear that you would need to mount your CPU cooler and fans. Whether you have an AMD motherboard or intel, the Capellix fits all.

The CPU cooler also comes with an IQ commander core controller, which you can use to control the fan speed and the RGB. Also, you get to have a pump cap with this corsair logo and can illuminate it using RGB. 

Now comes the radiator part, so I am happy with the modifications to this design. I have a white pc build, so I guess this CPU cooler would look fine as wine with my pc builds. 

In terms of installation, I had no issue; I just had to unscrew the previous cooler and use the mounting brackets provided in the case to have the Capellix. I always advise you to thoroughly read the instruction manual before installing any CPU cooler.

Now let’s get onto the benchmarks; so; at first, I tried a simple temperature test. My CPU had 30-35 degrees Celsius at idle, which is nice for an i7 3770 that runs a tad hot.  

Next, I tried giving a chance to get temperatures under heavy load. At that point, the temperature remained 70-75 degrees Celsius. I am satisfied with the overall performance here.

For the sound part, I would declare that this thing would get loud at high settings. I would say here that this is not as loud as its other sibling, the H100i Pro XT, which I guess is a good thing about this one. I mean, I can pay a few bucks more to get a CPU cooler that runs well and is quiet most of the time.

NZXT Kraken Z63

NZXT Kraken Z63 is the best high-end liquid CPU cooler available on the market for the i7-3770 processor, as it comes with a premium price tag. I am going to explain to you here whether this price tag is worth the performance or not, so keep on reading until the end.

As I told you guys, this CPU cooler comes with a premium price tag that can cost you more than $200, so you can expect it to have that high-end look. I found similar things on the Z63 and X53: the same sleeve tubing, 27mm thick aluminum radiator, and same NZXT static Aer P fans. One thing NZXT has modified here is the pump and the pump cover that comes along with this CPU cooler.

On the previous x53, you can rotate the pump and have the logo adjusted accordingly to your build. Secondly, the ring LED inside the pump is a bit thicker to portray the pump deeper. You can also alter the RGB using the NZXT CAM software, which is also really easy to use.

Now on the Z63, you have an actual LCD on the pump. This 2.36-inch LCD is completely customizable and can use to display CPU or GPU temperature. This pump is a treat for the eyes because you can play with it.

Here the installation was quite easy and up to the mark. I literally had to screw up the CPU cooler and nothing much. But always make sure to mount your CPU cooler carefully not to damage any of the components inside.

After installation, I put this beast to test and speculated whether this beast works up to the mark or not. So I tried to run battlefield one for 15 minutes and then run Cinebench for about 10 minutes. I also tried rendering a video for around 11 minutes.

In all cases, the average temperature remained between 40-45 degrees Celsius. This is pretty much a decent cooling effect that I am impressed with. While comparing this one with the H100i, I found that the temperature was slightly higher than the Z63.

But again, guys, you get to pay more for the Z63, and it also comes with a huge radiator and fans. In comparison with the X53, guys, this Z63 performs the same as the previous one. But then here, you have to pay a premium price for the LCD pump with this CPU cooler.

I would never pay this much money to get my system a CPU cooler. Thankfully a friend of mine sent me this Z63 for review purposes, and I would better get the X53 for less money and buy some other components for my PC.

But if you have some extra money making a hole in your pocket, go for this one!
Now at 100% load, I noticed that this CPU cooler makes a bit audible humming noise. But this sound wasn’t annoying, at least for me, so I guess you won’t have to stop playing games or doing your work.

Be silent, as the name suggests! It is what it is, exactly! How quiet this CPU cooler was astounded me. I tried running it at high speeds while rendering films and playing graphically demanding games on i7 3770, but there was no way it had even made a buzzing noise. As a result, I rank this cooler as the overall best CPU cooler for i7 3770.

The Dark Rock Pro 4 is the best CPU cooler for i7 3770 overall with about 7 heat pipes. The cooler can withstand up to 250 watts TDP, as advertised. Now I’ll admit that I wouldn’t advise you to buy this cooler for your portable computer. ‎This enormous cooler requires a roomy case to fit it. Check the dimensions of your PC case before buying any kind of component,

As I usually advise. ‎Two different fans come along with the Dark Pro 4. Here, I discovered that the sizes of these two fans differ slightly from one another. The first is the 135mm fan you must mount in-between the heatsinks. The second one, which you can hang on the right side, is 120mm wide. ‎Each fan rotates at a specific speed.

Similar to this, the fans on the Dark Pro 4 have preset fan speeds. The 120mm has 1500 RPM, compared to 1200 RPM for the 135mm. ‎ I discovered everything I would need to put this beast inside the box. In addition, it includes a two-to-one splitter, a syringe of thermal paste, and of course, a Be Quiet! Screwdriver.

Let’s start with the installation now. Guys, the installation process was flawless for me. Regarding the screwing portion, everything went smoothly. There was one thing, though, that just irritated me to no end. This cooler’s base plate looks like a bridge and is difficult to assemble. ‎Like, the bridge is still going to collapse even if you give it your all and try your hardest.

You know, guys, we’re not robots, and it takes much effort to acquire this level of precision. ‎The bridge wiggles constantly and dismounts when you think it is in place. I believe it would be easier to install this one if the manufacturers fix this bridge into the baseplate in the future. The PWM fans make the operation incredibly effective and silent. The design features six smooth poles, air-optimized fan blades, and fluid dynamic bearings.

Each component is fantastic and quickly cools the system. ‎It has roughly seven cutting-edge 6 mm copper pipes and a copper heat sink. It has around two fans already, but if you want a completely effective performance, you may add another. ‎Now comes the time for benchmarking, which is genuine testing. The Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 could hold my CPU at 53 degrees Celsius at 100 fan speeds when I ran a CPU benchmark for this.

And as for the noise aspect, this CPU cooler is actually completely silent. I’m happy that there is no noise coming from the fans. ‎In conclusion, I would recommend this CPU for practically everyone considering overclocking their system. This is where the dark rock pro 4 would function best because such systems are already popular for generating heat.

Now, this pick is for those of my fellows that have just $40 in their pocket and still want to get their system a decent CPU cooler. One thing I like about this CPU cooler is its top-notch cooling design, which makes it one of the best CPU coolers for i7 3770 under $40.

Even though it is inexpensive, it is still equipped with advanced technology to deliver unmatched performance. I love the high-quality aluminum and copper construction, and I guess this setup would help maintain outstanding cooling.

For those curious about the measurements, this one is 148mm high, 75mm deep, and 128mm wide. I love that it would fit not only into i7 3770 but into almost every PC case available. It is among those CPU coolers with five direct touch heat pipes on the base. Now for the base part, I would say it is not fine or smooth in texture, but they did their job quite well at this price.

Now the fans run at about 1700 RPMs, and I am quite satisfied with the static pressure these fans have. But guys, this one is a nightmare to install on an Intel processor. I didn’t expect this one to take so long to get installed; oh god!

Here I am going to debrief you with quick decibel readings for different fan speeds. So, at 60%, it was 36 dB, for 85%, it was 39 dB, and at 100% fan speed, it was 42dB. Next, I tried running this one at a 95W load, and the temperature was between 60-65 degrees Celsius. And the best thing here is there is no annoying sound to it.

At 125W load, the temperature was between 72-75 degrees Celsius, which is impressive. At 150W, many budget coolers fail, so I thought, why not give the V5 a try. So under 150W load, the temperature was 90 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, the V5 failed here compared to other budget CPU coolers like NH-U12S., and not only this, at 150W, the CPU cooler started to throttle and was getting louder.

Deepcool GAMMAXX 400 Blue

When I tell you that the Gammaxx 400 is one of the best CPU coolers under $20, trust me, I am not even kidding! It costs you less without compromising over the performance even for a second; never mind, I am keeping that for the later part.

Previously I purchased the Snowman CPU cooler, which also cost less than $20. So, I am going to have this snowman, and Gammaxx 400 V2 CPU cooler both here and see which one is a must-buy CPU cooler.
The Gammaxx 400 has a single fan design with a heatsink and a 120mm fan. First, I am going to discuss the fans on this CPU cooler; as it is a budget CPU cooler, I wasn’t expecting RGB on this one, but it comes out that the fans do have a proper set of RGB.

Nonetheless, the wires of this RGB aren’t something I would have a good time connecting. These were hard to configure; for beginners, I might say this would be a huge turnoff. The heat pipes here are much smaller than the snowman one. Moreover, the heat pipes here are 5mm exposed, just like the snowman ones. Design-wise, the heat pipes have these spaces in between, so you can tell there are some obvious ridges on touching.

I had no issues with the installation because it was straightforward to understand. Additionally, the manual provided was easy to understand. Even though it would take a bit longer to get installed, this CPU cooler can stand solid in the end.

Here I tried a simple temperature for benchmarking this CPU cooler. The temperature remained somehow between 60-65 degrees Celsius. Compared to the snowman CPU cooler, I found that both have the same cooling performance. Overall the fan had a humming noise, but then you are just paying $14, and you expect this. With great cooling capacity and low noise, the GAMMAXX 400 Blue is the best compact CPU cooler for the i7 3770.

Here I am going to introduce you to the MVP of today’s list, the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB as the powerful CPU cooler for i7 3770. This CPU cooler can cost you an arm and a leg, but the performance is undoubtedly top-notch; I am leaving that part onto the benchmarks.

Okay, I am not going to lie over here, but as soon as I got my hands over this one, I was slightly over-excited. And as I unboxed this gem, I got to see a whole bunch of accessories I have never got my hands on with the other CPU coolers on this list.

It has an extensive range of cables, mounting brackets, and other gears that you would need to install this CPU cooler. Additionally, the ML 360 R is a 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler compatible with almost any processor, including AMD and Intel.

Coming towards the radiator is a solid-built aluminum radiator that is pretty light in weight. Another thing that I am impressed with is the new and modified low-profile dual chamber designed pump. To give it that premium looks, it is black and comes with a customizable RGB.

Now the pump and radiator are connected with the help of two flexible double tube hoses. Sleeved in a black mesh, these tubings are unlike the tubing on your ordinary CPU coolers. Coming towards the incredible fans this CPU cooler comes with. It has three MF120R ARGB fans specifically designed to maximize air pressure. Moreover, these three fans are connected and controlled via PWM and can be altered between the range of 650 to 2,000 RPM.

In terms of installation, I liked certain things whereas others weren’t very pleasant. For example, I like how you have to use thumb screws to put this CPU cooler in place. Furthermore, I didn’t like the way this CPU cooler comes with a lot of cables and plugs, which could take way too long to plug in. but then I don’t think that one would need to go through any rocket science to install this one a careful read onto the manual is all you need to install this one.

Here I would mention one important thing: I am not a huge fan of RGB, and I would always prefer better performance instead of those flashy lights. But then again, the RGB here is impressive, and I have never seen an AIO with such type of vibrant RGB. Again you get what you paid for, guys!

Now, let’s hop onto the benchmarks, and here I tried running Cinebench, 3D mark, Doom, Overwatch, and Blender. Even though my system was overclocked at 5.1 GHz, the temperatures here ranged from 65 to 75 degrees Celsius, which is impressive. And the best thing is there was not even a humming noise to this one!

Of course, this powerful performance and running three fans would require much energy. So it comes out that the ML360 requires up to 200 watts of power, and fellows, this huge power consumption here!
