This motherboard gave me some of the best times while overclocking. Like it didn’t have any issue in overclocking. I did this one up to 4.1 GHz, and everything was running as fine as wine.

For the temperature part, there was nothing to worry about. During the overclocked period, the temperature remained below 70 degrees Celsius. While in normal conditions, the temperature was below 60 degrees Celsius, and I think that is awesome. For gaming, this is my favorite motherboard, without any doubt.

Okay, now it’s the time for some of the drawbacks that I guess you guys would want to know the most for deciding whether to go for this one or not. First of all, I wasn’t expecting this motherboard to have only two M.2 connectors at this price.

Next, the motherboard’s on-board button or voltage monitoring panels were absent. If I am willing to pay a premium price, I need to have essential features like these on my motherboard, but never mind!

If you want a high-performance motherboard with excellent design, then ASUS ROG Strix X570-E is the best choice. It features a superior layout with a high-quality, solid black and red color scheme. But I wouldn’t say I liked the limited number of M.2 slots and the lack of voltage indicators, but then the performance was premium so that we can compromise on the other stuff.

I didn’t have any issue with the installation, and I think novice beginners would also have an easy time doing so. Also, the BIOS here was easy to tweak, and I don’t think adjusting yourself to it would be any issue.

Now for those who are a massive fan of overclocking, I would like to say that overclocking is not what I would promote on this board, but still, you can somehow enjoy decent overclocking over this one.

I tried overclocking the system up to 3800 MHz, and overall there were no issues, but again I would not suggest going for this one if you are expecting some high-end overclocking. And overall, there were no issues with temperature, so everything was fine.

Something that bothered me here was the missing USB type C port. We do know it is a budget board still; we need to have at least a single USB type C port here. Another thing was the only single M.2 slot, but guys, it is a budget board, so never mind!

The B550 has everything a gamer would ask for at a reasonable price. But one thing many users would object to is the low count of USB ports. Also, the M.2 heatsink structure is somehow confusing, and I don’t think it will adhere to the purpose.

Additionally, the heating-up issues were zero; however, there are no heatsinks for the M.2 SSD, and I didn’t get to terms with that. It is not a cheap motherboard and must have an M.2 heatsink.

One thing that I didn’t like here was just a single CPU fan, but I think that is a minor problem, and an aftermarket CPU cooler can do the work here. Also, there are no USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports; at this price point, I was expecting these things, but then I think the performance I am getting here is premium, so I can readily overlook these issues.

The NZXT N7 B550 is an excellent motherboard, but it can be expensive. Everything was perfect. I didn’t have any issue with this motherboard, and this proves that it is rated as one of the best motherboards for a reason.

I was delighted with the temperature as well as the energy consumption. The energy consumption was somehow economical. That is what I had never seen with robust motherboards.

BIOS was pretty simple too, and if you guys have any issue with that, make sure to update it and get the best performance possible. And not to forget the 5G wireless network support that gave me smooth and fast internet connectivity.

I found nothing odd about the X570 except its high-end price tag. But then again, you get what you paid for, so the price can be justified considering the premium features you will have.

In terms of overclocking, the X570-I has a lot of headroom. I overclocked this one up to 4.1 GHz, and everything worked fine. The temperature remained stable with or without overclocking, thanks to the effective VRM cooling.

Using the BIOS on this one was not my cup of tea, and it was annoying to manage it. After updating it, we somehow reduced the annoyance, but still, I didn’t like the BIOS thingy here.

But unfortunately, the VRM temperature sensors started to not work correctly after a week. And not only me but a couple of friends of mine have complained the same. Guess the sensors might not have been rock solid, maybe.
