The ASUS Rog Strix GeForce RTX 2060 is no less than any other high-end graphics card on the market. The RTX 2060 is one of the fastest graphics cards for Fortnite, and I will tell you through benchmarks how that is so.

So, the card comes with 8 GB GDDR5 memory technology and works fast due to this technology. The card here, RTX 2060, uses a unique turing architecture that will further aid in ray tracing as it is becoming the future of the gaming world.

If I compare the RTX 2060 Super with the RTX 2060, both are the same in architecture. However, the memory size with the 2060 Super is 8 GB, while for 2060, it is 6 GB. Also, with the 2060 Super, you will get a boost clock of around 1650 MHZ, while for 2060, it is 1680 MHz.

Another thing that I am excited about is the rise of CUDA Cores in the RTX 2060 Super to 2176 from the previous release. If I compare the 2070 and 2060, I would say that there is not much difference in the performance of both cards.

Even though the core count is a bit higher in 2070, I still didn’t notice any major difference in the performance. Now when I got my hands on this card, I didn’t know that it would be packed with so many features, like; support for 4 monitors, 2 HDMI ports, 2 display ports, and finally, a USB C port.

In terms of cooling, this card has literally outperformed with 3 fans in the front that are idle and start working when the temperature reaches 55 degree Celsius. Also, the metal backplate is aesthetic and functional too.

Now, let’s come to the benchmarks. So the first one here is the World of Tanks. This game delivered a frame rate of around 200 FPS at high settings. Next, I tried my hands over the Far Cry 5, where the frame rate was between 100 to 120 FPS.

Finally, I got to play the most infamous Fortnite using this RTX 2060. So I have tried using different settings. First of all, I tried to have the system at the highest setting possible. Here the FPS was around 160-180 FPS.

At the medium setting, the frame rate was 230-240 FPS which is totally okay. Then I tried the lowest setting possible, and with that, I achieved a whooping frame rate of 280-300 FPS. So, guys, there is no doubt that the RTX 2060 Super can handle modern-day games.

Now I will talk about the temperatures. So even when the PC was under heavy load and the GPU at 90-80%, the temperature remained around 65-70 degrees Celsius. The fans did start to spin; however, the noise wasn’t too obvious.

The noise won’t bother you if you are sitting at a desktop table. So, overall I am loving this one; however, there had been a slight coil whining when the temperature was high so I am a bit skeptical about getting this one. Guys by no means can I play games while my system sounds like a heavy motorbike.

WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE THIS GPU?

The RTX 2060 Super is a powerful graphics card for Fortnite. I had a really good time using this one. However, I would tell you that there are reports of coil whining with this one, so make sure you are okay with that because I am totally not okay with that. Apart from this, the price is slightly over the budget, but it is worth the performance.

XFX Radeon RX 570 RS XXX

I always try to bring products that are accessible to everyone, yet they hold a great value performance-wise. So, the XFX Radeon RX 570 RS XXX Edition is the best mid-range graphics card for Fortnite. So, this graphics card has a really cool aesthetic.

I loved the look of this one at first sight. So I found the whole card made of good and sturdy plastic. It also comes with a spacious aluminum backplate that will hopefully dissipate the heat in no time. Also, it comes with a single 8-pin connector.

However, I really wished it were two as I had with the previous Sapphire graphics card I owned. In the front, there is a dual 90-millimeter fan design that I am totally in love with. Also, it has this awesome 8 GB GDDR5 memory technology. I wonder how it will perform.

That I will show you later with the benchmarks. Now, if you look at this graphics card, you will find them similar to the RX 470 series. Specifications-wise, the GPU technology, stream processors, and texture units are identical on both graphics cards.

The real difference between the RX 470 and 570 lies in terms of the base clock, which is 1286 for the 570 while 1200 for the 470 one. In terms of power consumption, the RX 570 consumes around 240 watts, which is way too huge than the power consumption of the RX 470, which is 210 watts.

Now let’s get to the benchmarks. So with the Unigine Valley at high settings 1080p Ultra, the RX 570 frame rate is 51.2 FPS. I also tried using the GTX 1060 and RX 470. The frame rate for the GTX 1060 was 55.7 FPS, whereas, for the RX 470, it was 48.9.

Now here, I don’t see much difference between the frame rates of RX 470 and RX 570. However, the GTX 1060 has a bit of improvement, but again, it isn’t that considerable.

Next, I tried benchmarking while playing Fortnite because that is the only reason I get this graphics card. So, the RX 570 8 GB is giving me a frame rate of 100 FPS at high settings. Gameplay was pretty smooth in between all these times, and I loved the results.

Now, here I would like to clarify this is not a graphics card for 4K gaming; yes, it can give some outstanding results at 1080p gaming. Still, for 4K, I suggest you look out for something else.

While playing Fortnite at 100 FPS, the GPU temperature was between 65-70 degrees Celsius, and the fans were spinning at 1312 RPM. Overall the temperatures were fine throughout the gaming sessions, and the fan wasn’t obvious either. So far, I am satisfied with the performance.

WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE THIS GPU?

XFX RX 570, it is the best mid-range graphics card for Fortnite. It remains stable, gives awesome frame rates, runs quiet, and aesthetics-wise, it does all the work. However, guys, it doesn’t support 4K. Many of you might see this as a shortcoming, but as I wanted a graphics card for playing Fortnite, I found this one awesome.

For Fortnite, at 1080p, I was able to get 269 FPS which is just mind-blowing. Also, between this gaming session, the temperature was about 60-65 degrees Celsius, and even though the fans were still running, I couldn’t detect any disturbing noise.

However, when I tried playing the Rise of the Tomb Raider and the Witcher III, the card wasn’t able to perform up to the mark, and in that case, you would have to jump to the GTX 1080. Even though the size of this card is pretty small, it has a dual-fan design.

These fans remain idle until you start gaming. In terms of ports, it has a single HDMI 2.0 port and 3 display ports 1.4. Now let’s jump into the benchmarks. So first, I tried playing GTA 5 on the GTX 1070, and the frame rates at high settings were around 90-95 FPS.

Next, I tried playing X Plane 11 first on my previous Radeon 6950, and guys, the frame rates were horrible; even at medium settings, they gave me 10-12 FPS. Now, with the GTX 1070, the frame rates were not as high as one might expect, but they were somehow better than the previous one. Here the frame rates were around 20-25 FPS, and I think that is decent enough to enjoy the game.

Here comes the MVP of my today’s best-value graphics card for Fortnite. Now many of you might find this graphics card expensive. However, guys, the performance this one delivers is just out of this world.

At this price, I will definitely invest in this one again and again. Size-wise it is just like your normal graphics card, not way too big, not too tiny. It has this dual fan design with a copper heatsink, and I will also share with you how these effectively dissipate heat. Now let’s jump into the benchmarks quickly.

So for the Fire Strike 3D mark, I got an average frame rate of 50-60 FPS, and during this, the temperature of the GPU was between 70-72 degrees Celsius, which is not too high; I must say. Next, on the Fire Strike, I was able to get a frame rate of 52 FPS, maintaining a GPU temperature of 59 degrees Celsius.

All of these results were at 1440p, and the score remained 22580; that is some excellent range out there. Now it’s time to check the benchmarks for Fortnite, so I was able to get 100-120 FPS while maintaining a GPU temperature of 63 degrees Celsius.

Now that is impressive, and I am loving it. However, I didn’t notice any huge difference between the RTX 3060 Ti Twin Edge and the RTX 3060 Ti Eagle.

The Asus Dual Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 is one of the best cards for Fortnite’s overclocked edition. if you look at this GPU, this is small and compact, and guys, it also comes with an awesome backplate and is not too fancy. Next, it also has a dual-fan design, and I expect it to have a cooling effect.

I wasn’t expecting these fans to be silent at low and zero loads at this price. In terms of ports, it has 3 display ports and one HDMI port. Next, the power supply is an 8-pin connector that requires 650 watts and has a 3584 CUDA Cores with a boost clock of 1867 MHz.

While playing games over this one, I achieved around 60 FPs at a 1080p setting. Here I would again say that this is the best of the best cards for 1080p gaming because the results were just way too unreal, even with ray tracing. And even when I tuned to 1440p, I could still reach the mark of 60 FPS.

Now let’s get to the benchmarks. So, first of all, I started playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p, so I could get 78 FPS. Now, with the Shadow of The Tomb Raider, I was able to get 120 FPS, and finally, Now comes the time to check this one for Fortnite.

So at 1080p, I could get around 120-130 FPS. Okay, now let’s tune the settings up to 1440p, so here the frame rates are impressive, with an average frame rate of 105 FPS. The number is a bit reduced, but still, I think the results are just wonderful, and I would say this is the best 1440p graphics card for Fortnite.

Now another thing, it might not be able to play all the titles at this setting but still provides decent performance. Plus, with the virtues of DLSS and ray tracing, your gaming performance will be enhanced, and you will thank me later.

This card is not only for avid gamers. You can also perform your 3D content creation over this one, or you can render or edit videos, so it has the back of all the content creators. For the noise test, as I told you guys, it does remain silent while you are not playing games.

It starts to spin when it reaches up to 50%, and the noise might be 85 dB, and I don’t think it is very audible. At 100%, the fans make a considerable noise, but it would not be a problem for those who like to game while wearing headphones.

Even though I could hear the fan noise in my room still the performance it delivers, I am willing to pay for the bells and whistles anyway.
